Graduate Management Training Program
(GMTP)

GMTP is a unique practical training program aimed at equipping management students and those aspiring a management career to have a first hand experience of working in a professional organisation.

The 3 month program, will involve Management Consultants at AASC, giving training and practical works that enable them to identify problems, find solutions, practice making presentations and practice the art of working in teams. The students will be working with trained consultants who work with real businesses, bringing immense experience.

Apart from these, the program will cover career related activities like CV preparation and interview training.
